    Sōya Kamemoto, a century-old miso shop in Nagano Prefecture, Japan (founded in Meiji 35), offers a popular "Seasoned Miso Series." Based on the traditional Shinshu method of "Monzen Miso," they combine carefully selected ingredients to create four unique and versatile "ready-to-use miso pastes." Packaged in convenient 120g tubes, these pastes can be directly spread, mixed, or used for seasoning after opening, transforming everyday dishes into authentic Japanese flavors without requiring any extra cooking skills.


    ◉ Product Features

    • Made using the traditional Shinshu method, "Monzen Miso".
    • The collaboration with Nagano's renowned restaurant "Yamanaya Isogoro" includes versions with seven-spice and sansho pepper.

    • Seven-spice miso-grilled pork, stir-fried vegetables, and cold drizzle sauce.


    2. Wild vegetable miso 120g

    The miso, combined with honey, soybean paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic, creates a sweet and spicy balance with a rich flavor. It pairs perfectly with raw vegetables, hot pot dishes, and stir-fries, and can also be used to easily make "easy twice-cooked pork".
