A: Please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order to inquire about cancellation or modification. If the item has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We will assist with the return or exchange as soon as possible. If you find the item damaged after signing for the package, please take a photo and contact customer service within 24 hours .
